Guideline for Peer-reviewers
Guideline for Peer-reviewers
The peer reviewers will help the editor to decide whether or not the article is published. Therefore, they should only agree to review manuscripts for which they have the subject expertise required to carry out a proper assessment and which they can assess in a timely manner. Providing overall opinion and general observations of the article is essential. The comments of the submitted article should be courteous and constructive, and should not include any personal remarks or personal details including your name. Moreover, giving insight into any deficiencies is important. The reviewers should explain and support the judgment so that both editors and authors are able to fully understand the reasoning behind the comments. It should also be necessary to indicate whether your comments are your own opinion or are reflected by the data present in the manuscript. The reviewers are expected to evaluate a manuscript for critical analysis, comparative analysis and most importantly for integrity and novelty of the research work.
In order to fill the Manuscript evaluation form given separately, reviewers are suggested to use the following criteria of evaluation for the different sections of the manuscript and write a report of their evaluation.
